This is a high security site and you will need an in date British Passport or in date UK Driving License to be able to work at this establishmentWhat you'll do:Be a hands on cleaner and leader, supporting your team to deliver a spotless cleaning serviceConduct walk arounds and checks to ensure that cleaning is of a high standardCreate a welcoming environment, for our clients, colleagues and team membersSupport cleaning team colleagues to access online training (you will be trained on how to do this) Have an eye for detail across our corporate building's restrooms, kitchen areas, and office spacesEscalate any maintenance or repair needs as requiredMonitor cleaning supplies, ensuring the team has what they need to uphold your squeaky-clean standardsWhat you bring:Previous leadership experience is an asset, but a strong cleaning background and enthusiasm for progression is keyAbility to lead by example and communicate clearly with the teamA proactive attitude, willing to adapt to changing cleaning priorities and support the team as requiredWhat we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to?be part of something greater.
