Job Description Oversee European operations from their London office, ensuring business objectives align with the global luxury brand strategyDevelop and implement market strategies to enhance brand presence, growth, and profitability across multiple regionsBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including high-profile clients and partnersConduct market analysis and identify new opportunities for expansion within Europe and beyondLead, inspire, and develop cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovationManage budgets, P&L responsibilities, and financial performance, ensuring revenue targets are achievedRepresent the brand at industry events, fostering a luxury image consistent with the company's valuesThe European General Manager will be required to travel to various sites across Europe regularlyThe Successful Applicant European General Manager Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the luxury goods or premium consumer goods industry, specifically within food or drink/FMCGFluency in French and English; additional European languages are an assetStrong understanding of European markets, consumer behaviour, and trends in luxury goodsWillingness to travel frequently across EuropeExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset with financial acumen to drive profitability and manage P&LBe based in London when not travelling across EuropeWhat's on Offer Six Figure Basic Salary
