Estimator

Unique opportunity for an Estimator to join a construction company in Eastbourne.
Primarily the successful Estimator will complete take-offs and price dry lining subcontractor packages, and offer commercial support throughout the project life cycle.
In addition the Estimator will support the Commercial Manager with special projects where the company operate as the main contractor delivering refurbishment projects in the Sussex area.
This role would suit an Estimator with experience working for either a subcontractor or main contractor.
They will price packages up to £3M in value and have the opportunity to gain post contract delivery experience under the guidance of experienced staff.
Estimators wishing to apply for this role will have: * A minimum of two years experience working for a Main Contractor or Subcontractor as an Estimator * Ideally some experience of using Estimating software packages * Live within 45 mins drive of Eastbourne * Be a team player and adaptable, with a willingness to help out to meet the needs of the business In return a great salary and flexible package is negotiable.
