Your Role as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator: As part of your exciting new role, you will be tasked with key responsibilities that include:
- **Arranging and Carrying Out Property Viewings:** Showcase beautiful properties and attract potential buyers.- **Negotiating Sales:** Use your persuasive skills to ensure deals are favorable for both clients and the agency.- **Listening to Buyers:** Understand the unique requirements of potential buyers to match them with the perfect property.- **Customer Liaison:** Serve as the friendly face of the agency by answering all queries and providing top-notch service.- **Sales Progression:** Oversee the sale process from initial interest to completion.
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following: - **Experience in Estate Agency:** A background in property sales will set you up for success.- **Communication Skills:** Strong written and verbal abilities are essential as you will be interacting with clients daily.- **Presentation Skills:** You’ll need to be well-presented and articulate to represent our brand effectively.- **Driving License and Vehicle:** A full UK driving license and access to a car is required for property viewings.
