The Requirement Due to continued success within the company's Inverness office and plans for future growth, the business is looking to recruit a Technical Director that can work alongside a Regional Director in helping to grow the office and manage the team.
The Role & Responsibilities Operating as a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the person will: Manage the development of the Ecology function across the Inverness and Highlands RegionDevelop a strategy to grow the discipline Focus and drive the business development effort to win work Work with Directors and Team Leaders across other functions and regions, plan, complete and manage projects raising standards and supporting cross functional sales across the business Work closely with the teams across the business to ensure a 'one-team' approach to clients, colleagues and projectsThe Opportunity Leading environmental consultancy in Scotland A notable and highly respected practice in the renewables sector A significant size ecology team with a proven track record A company with strong finances and stability A people first company that is purpose led A Director level role with visibility and autonomy Flexible working and a very supportive work life balance culture
