As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of achieving ambitious annual sales targets by delivering new business revenue from prospective clients.Duties and Responsibilities:The purpose of this role within MHR is to achieve annual sales targets, the role focuses on generating revenue from new enterprise clients—companies with over 8, employees—by driving high-value deals through a consultative sales approach.
This involves navigating a sales cycle of 6 to 12 months, securing C-suite buy-in, and consistently closing deals over £1M in total contract value, all while upholding the company's quality standards.Ensure an adequate understanding of the Payroll and Human Resources market, its culture, changes and structure.To understand iTrent & PeopleFirst functionality at all levels.To understand Managed Service delivery at all levels.Establish contacts with prospective customers and pursue appropriate sales activities through to successful completion of new business sales.Ensure that sales activities are effectively presented with appropriate technical support where necessary.Ensure all sales-related documentation is prepared and dispatched to maintain accepted standards of continuity with prospects.Understand Public Sector procurement methods and associated frameworks.Experience selling into Public Sector organisations (Higher Education, Local Authorities and/or Central Government departments).Generation and maintenance of adequate prospects via CRM.Copy a central file with all documentation from customer and prospect base.Competitive activity, analysis and feedback.
