Engineering Team Leader

Job Title: Engineering Team Leader Location: Ower, near Totton Salary: £50,000 Additional£25call out payment.
Hours: Week 1 Monday to Friday 06:00 to 15:30pm Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 06:00am to 15:30pm Job Type : Permanent, Full Time Skills and Experience Needed: Previous experience leading or managing a team.
Ability to bring a team together with open communication, teamwork and a positive work culture.
Have completed an Engineering Apprenticeship or qualifications at level 3 or equivalent.
Previous experience withing the agricultural or food industry would be beneficial.
Duties will Include: Overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of engineering projects.
Implementing and maintaining engineering best practices and processes across site.
Planning maintenance and reactive repairs, along with continually looking for improvements for future processes.
Managing, motivating and mentoring a team of Engineers.
Improving equipment reliability, stamping out recurring faults.
Responsibility for equipment servicing and maintenance with external service providers.
Supporting the back up call out rota.
