Our client is a leading provider of end-to-end solutions, combining cutting-edge software with advanced automation and digitisation that optimises businesses for the digital age.
With a number of key contracts in the horizon, they're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and inspire a talented engineering team.
As a key member of their leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving technical excellence, fostering innovation, and delivering high-quality software solutions.
Location | Workplace Policy: Hybrid working with an office in central MCR (Must be based in the UK without visa/Sponsorship requirements Salary: Up to £80k (DOE) Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 15+ engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and career development opportunities.
Technical Leadership: Leverage your hands-on software engineering experience to make informed technical decisions and drive architectural improvements.
Product Development: Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, product managers, and engineers.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve their engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
Requirements: Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role mentoring/guiding a team of 15+ Strong technical background, including hands-on experience in software development.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
