Our Energy client are powering the future - and we're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead their Lincolnshire Power Station team.
Your day-to-day As an Engineering Manager, you'll be the go-to expert leading the Maintenance Department.
You'll be working in a gas-powered station, so knowledge of working with within this environment is key.
A hands-on role where you'll tackle challenges head-on, from managing contractors to leading pressure system inspections and ensuring environmental compliance.
You'll work to maintain the plant's performance while keeping safety and sustainability at the forefront.
Your key responsibilities: Develop innovative maintenance procedures achieving reliability and compliance.
Recruit, train, and empower a skilled maintenance team.
Manage budgets and implement cost-effective solutions.
Plan and coordinate power train outages with precision.
About you Strong knowledge of industrial gas turbines, steam systems and pressure system safety regulations.
Experience leading and motivating teams.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
