Chesham Bois Manor Care Home in Chesham, part of the B&M Care Group, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Engagement Lead to enhance residents' quality of life through a stimulating lifestyle program and framework that fosters meaningful occupation within the home.
Key Responsibilities as an Engagement Lead: Identify the needs, preferences, and aspirations of individual residents through resident profiles, life history, Care Plans, observations, and face-to-face conversations with a person-centered ethos.
Work flexibly to meet the needs of residents and service delivery across the home.
Plan and coordinate a weekly program for the home, collaborating with care and other staff, including weekends and evenings.
Ensure plans and equipment are in place for staff to follow in your absence.
Incorporate all aspects of the B&M Care Engagement and Activities Framework when planning programs.
Identify the requirements of individuals who may be/isolated and plan specific, person-centered programs for them.
Display and distribute weekly programs and notices, utilizing information technology equipment for producing schedules and posters.
Essential Skills, Characteristics, and Experience: Must hold a full driver's license.
