Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial Consulting Team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB).
This role will be based in our Birmingham, Bournemouth, Chichester, Bristol or London office.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.As an Employee Benefits consultant you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of group risk and healthcare clients.
You will be focused on ensuring the client feels supported at all times, providing advice and recommendations at renewal in line with the client's requirements.
You will be expected to identify new business leads and promote the wider MMB proposition to maximise opportunities and achieve growth targets.
