They are a leading supplier in their field and design, manufacture and retail their own products.
We are seeking an Email Marketing Manager/CRM Manager to take ownership of their email marketing strategy, driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing large-scale email programs and the ability to influence email marketing strategy across multiple brands.
You will be responsible for optimising customer segmentation, developing personalised communication, and ensuring our email campaigns deliver exceptional ROI.
Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of the overall email marketing strategy, aligning with broader business and marketing goals.
Design and implement sophisticated automated workflows in Klaviyo, focusing on behaviour-triggered, personalised messaging.
