In this role, you will be using the onsite facilities to train and coach Engineers at the beginning of their careers through their Level 3 qualifications with a mix of classroom and workshop teaching.
You do not need to have any teaching qualifications to apply for this role.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a time served Electrical Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing environment, preferably with a Level 3 qualification or relevant apprenticeship but this is not essential.
Experience with some training is advantageous but not essential.
The successful candidate will need to pass an Enhanced DBS.
