Job Title: Effectiveness Analyst (Qlik Developer) Location: Harlow, UK Contract Duration: Contract until April 2025 Work Structure: Monday – Friday, 37.5H/W.
Hybrid working - 60% remote, 40% on site About the Role Our client is seeking a Effectiveness Analyst (Qlik Developer) to join their Commercial Excellence team.
This exciting role involves creating and implementing robust analytical solutions to promote data-driven decision-making.
Working closely with business and central functions, you'll develop QlikView, Qlik Sense, and NPrinting capabilities to generate meaningful insights that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain interactive Qlik dashboards to visualise data and support business decision-making.
Interpret data to create innovative visualisations, telling clear stories through complex datasets.
Provide end-user training and create technical/user documentation for Qlik solutions.
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes using Qlik tools.
Deliver high-quality, insightful, and accurate business performance reporting.
Support commercial business teams with actionable data insights and solutions.
What We're Looking For Data Expertise: Proficiency in QlikSense and data analytics platforms, with experience in SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Business Acumen: Proven ability to translate business questions into actionable data insights, ideally within a life sciences or commercial setting.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with CRM (e.g., Veeva or Salesforce) and ERP systems.
Familiarity with analytics platforms that support self-service capabilities.
Agility: Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Innovation: Creative problem-solving skills to develop cutting-edge visualisations and streamline processes.
Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills Knowledge of data governance and regulatory compliance in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
