Fab opportunity for an ambitious Ecommerce Manager to join the UK fastest growing and exciting fashion labels.
Having experienced incredible organic growth the Head of Ecommerce is looking for their number 2 to join this extremely creative, progressive and on trend brand.
With countless collaborations with some great creators and hosted pop up stores in London, NYC and LA.
The digital team has doubled in size, with a new site, new app and launched into new Global markets.
Perfect time to join the wave of growth.
You will have end to end impact but with focus on the day to day trading of the site.
Own the net revenue, average order size, value, conversion rate Own all visual merchandising of your stores from products to signposting and engaging content that makes a sale today Own the analytical and CRO tools that will help you unlock greater insight to build hypothesis to test and generate incremental output on your KPIs Support and Challenge the Technology team to design, develop and deploy the tools you need to deliver your objectives Work closely with the Brand & broader Commercial / Sales teams on executing all product and collection launches Work closely with Commercial / Finance Analyst/s to unlock, Customer Insight (through deep segmentation), Marketing Insight, Business Insight which leads to optimisation of your activity Provide expertise on current eCommerce industry best practice, with CRO focus Keep up to date with eCommerce & CRO / Trading best practice of tomorrow through training, research etc You Experience with Analytical / CRO tools like Google Analytics, HotJar etc Great knowledge of Shopify and common 3rd party applications (Bloomreach, Global-E, Nosto etc.)
Have a rock-solid analytical background with experience pulling data from platforms such as Fospha & GA4 Have great understanding of retail, ecommerce and marketing businesses You're a 'natural retailer'; obsessed with delivering your promise to customers CRO methodology at the heart of everything you do Have a proven track record as a commercial individual, who understands brand and customer (shopper) Intellectual and emotional intelligence in balanced / equal measure Benefits: Amazing exposure to a fast growing business and Head of Ecommerce 4 days office / 1 day from home Bonus scheme, pension scheme 50% discount 24 days plus birthday and bank holidays c. £45k - £60k DOE
