We are looking for a highly experienced E-Commerce Analytics Lead to join an established DTC division of one of the largest, most successful tier-1 consumer electronic brands.
Placed within the centralised data team, you will act as the data champion to help shape the data-driven decisions spanning across the wider commercial, marketing and website teams.
This role will: Be accountable for all of DTC's analytical tools and performance reporting - ensuring that all data is accurate and reliable across the business, and there is a data development plan in place.
Lead a team of 2 internal commercial analysts and will be responsible for the relationship of the wider analytics agency.
Collaborate with the wider commercial, marketing and website leads to help find areas of opportunity and develop a clear view of business priorities.
Own the insight generation, ensuring it is clear and concise and can be used to drive insightful action across DTC.
Lead agency data solutions team to ensure data infrastructure (GCP) and dashboard solution (Looker) is maintained and developed.
Ensure Google & Adobe Analytics implementations are functioning as required.
We are looking for: Demonstrable experience in analytics and insights, as well as advanced exposure working with digital analytics tools.
Confident communicator with the ability to interact with internal senior stakeholders.
Proven experience managing and leading a team - including supporting development, mentoring and coaching.
Knowledge of the E-Commerce landscape (including understanding of opportunities and challenges).
A highly analytical storyteller, able to present data and insights whilst influencing partners of different levels.
Web Analytics experience (Adobe and Google) Experienced working with large, complex datasets and skilled in data visualisation tools (Looker) Strong relationship building and influencing skills - able to bring new ideas and a new perspective.
An ability to work in a fast-moving, ever-changing and complex organisation.
The role is based in the London area and is a hybrid role allowing you to work 3 days in the office, and 2 days working from home.
