Job Description

We're on a mission to transform learning at ASOS. To help us on this journey we're looking for an Emerging Talent Specialist to be part of our Learning team. If you love to drive change and push creative boundaries to deliver world-class learning experiences, this is the role for you!

As an Emerging Talent Specialist, you'll sit within the Emerging Talent pillar of our Learning team. You will support our newly formed emerging talent strategy where we are unlocking the potential of our apprenticeship levy to invest in future capabilities. You'll have end-to-end accountability for programmes, from initial discovery through to deploying and delivering your content. You'll also measure the effectiveness of your projects, celebrating success and taking action on lessons learned.

The Details

Implement, maintain, and run emerging talent programmes across ASOS
Create and deliver a tailored recruitment campaign, meeting business demand and the needs of early careers candidates
Leading assessment design and working closely with the talent acquisition team to coordinate assessments for emerging talent roles
Build strong relationships with the emerging talent community, business stakeholders and broader teams, including talent acquisition
Represent ASOS at internal and external events, communicating success stories internally and externally
Training provider management for our programmes
Manage all of our systems and data to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
Developing and delivering measurable learning experiences that build skills, increase engagement and contribute to our DEI agenda
Provide coaching, guidance, and advice to emerging talent to support with their programme experience and career
Owning the ongoing success of the offer through testing, measuring success through agreed OKRs and continuously improving
Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.

Qualifications

About You

Experience in recruiting, with a passion for early careers and getting the best out of people through development
An understanding of apprenticeship funding rules and our obligations as a responsible apprenticeship employer
A creative mindset who draws from traditional and non-traditional learning solutions to solve problems.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with people at all levels
The ability to facilitate in person and virtual sessions and can flex their style to the needs of the audience.
Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Data driven with the ability to manage different platforms ensuring data is up to date, accurate and can support decision making
Energy, drive, and resilience who can work in an agile, fast paced environment and respond quickly to business needs.
