We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to identify and lead the rollout of the FläktGroup e-commerce framework to new markets based in our Colchester office.
Ensure platform developments adhere to technical best practices, maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, and scalability.
Work with internal local teams to adapt content, product offerings, and marketing strategies to meet the cultural, linguistic, and economic specifics of new markets.
Responsible for the growth and success of all web shops.
Work with local SU leaders to drive success and grow the e-commerce business, setting ambitious but healthy growth targets
Use analytics tools to track performance metrics and generate insights for data-driven decision-making
Experience integrating and managing online payment gateways (e.g., Knowledge of mobile commerce (m-commerce) and app-based e-commerce optimization.
Familiarity with international tax regulations, customs duties, and pricing strategies.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Good technical documentation writing skills.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in platform rollouts and expansions.
