Your work will directly impact clients by ensuring that their systems are optimized for performance, stability, and scalability.

What you'll do as a Dynamics Support Engineer: Provide expert support for Dynamics CRM systems, ensuring they are optimized for client needs.
Collaborate with clients to troubleshoot issues and deploy improvements across Azure DevOps CI/CD processes.
Leverage Azure/Azure AI Services to deliver scalable, intelligent solutions.
Assist in the integration and configuration of PowerPages and PowerAutomate Play a key role in the Apps process, contributing to the smooth delivery and ongoing enhancements of client platforms.
Provide essential support for the ongoing extension of the Dynamics CRM platform.
Assist with troubleshooting, updates, and enhancements of the CRM platform as required.
Work within an established team to ensure the CRM platform meets operational needs and continues to support business objectives.
Requirements A strong understanding of Dynamics CRM and its application to real-world business problems.
Expertise in Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes.
Experience with Azure/Azure AI Services, and familiarity with PowerPages and PowerAutomate is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to work closely with senior stakeholders and business ambassadors, acting as a trusted partner in delivering innovative solutions.
A thorough understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and experience with Azure DevOps tools.
Solid knowledge of the Testing Lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
A business-savvy individual with strong consultancy skills who can connect technology solutions to business goals.
