Dual Site Shopping Centre Manager

With a property management company and its unique understanding of retail you could be the new Centre Manager for two prime shopping centres in Cheshire.
What You'll Be Doing… Building strong relationships with tenants and providing exceptional customer service to all. Overseeing day-to-day operations of the centre, supported by a dedicated team. Planning and implementing annual events and marketing strategies aimed at increasing footfall. Identifying and capitalising on opportunities to boost the commercial potential of the sites. Why Explore This Role? Take full ownership of the centre, working closely with the landlord and property manager. Join at an exciting time, with one of the shopping centres currently undergoing development. Be a key community figure, supporting local charities and creating a welcoming hub for the area. Collaborate with a diverse range of retail and leisure tenants. What You'll Need to Succeed… A vibrant, energetic personality with a passion for the role, combined with excellent organisational skills. Solid experience in operations management and health & safety. Proven budgeting skills, with a track record of raising annual income and bringing innovative ideas to the table. Salary £50,000 to £55,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
