Your Role: As our Super Optometrist, you'll: Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and health assessments Prescribe and recommend spectacles Detect and manage eye conditions Provide personalised eye care advice to patients Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional customer service What they are looking For: GOC registered Optometrist with a passion for clinical excellence Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry advancements Ability to build rapport with patients of all ages Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, patient-focused environment As a flexible employer, and you can choose the number of days you work to fit around family and other commitments - plus we never work weekends!
The package Market-leading salary, starting from £75,000 per annum Strong bonus structure Support with College of Optometrists Higher Qualifications in their Professional Certificates programme Payment of your GOC fees Generous pension scheme 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) Employee discounts No micro management In one location per day Fits clinic 9.30am/10am and last clinic no later than 4.30pm.
