Job Purpose Reporting to the Senior Manager for Inclusion and Engagement, this role will partner with People and Culture team members and senior leaders across the firm to deliver our firmwide inclusion and diversity objectives.
As an inclusion and diversity subject matter expert, you will lead this agenda; engaging, guiding, and upskilling team members, including senior stakeholders, to ensure we achieve our vision for our people, at all levels, to reflect the society in which we do business Create an inclusive environment where everyone has a sense of belonging and can make meaningful contributions by being themselves.
You will lead, motivate, and inspire others to drive the agenda forward in a commercial way through collaboration and proactive execution, and bring momentum, challenge, and innovative ways of thinking to ensure inclusion and diversity is woven through all that we do, enabling us to achieve exceptional people experience.
About the role Delivering the UK firm's inclusion and diversity objectives; this will involve working closely with HRBP colleagues to support the delivery of inclusion and diversity service line action plans.
Partnering with internal stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Advisory, Reward and Wellbeing to support the delivery of our firmwide action plan, and to widen and ensure equal access to opportunity to attract, select, develop, and promote a talented, diverse workforce.
Supporting our senior leaders to build a more inclusive culture by offering expertise and guidance, and providing appropriate challenge, and helping to improve their understanding and confidence around inclusion.
Ensuring governance is adhered to.
This will involve providing guidance and support to the firm's Inclusion Alliance and I&D Partner Sponsors.
Overseeing the management of our networks and utilising them to ensure they influence and inform organisational decision making, provide a method of engagement with under-represented team members and contribute to our inclusion and diversity objectives.
Delivering a high-quality inclusion and diversity internal and external reporting framework Partnering with our internal and external communication teams to deliver an inclusion and diversity communication plan that supports our vision and objectives and increases our brand awareness and credibility.
Engaging senior leaders with educational content and thought leadership to enable them to better role model inclusive behaviours and help us embed inclusion throughout every aspect of life at Forvis Mazars.
Budget management to ensure a cost-efficient service is provided to the business.
Benchmarking external best practice to identify approaches for advancing inclusion and diversity in our firm.
