An ambitious and expanding Legal 500 firm, is seeking a motivated Dispute Resolution Solicitor with circa 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

You will need:Experience in dispute resolution with an ability to handle a diverse caseload of commercial litigation disputes from inception to resolution Strong client focusing skills Key Responsibilities:Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation disputes from inception to resolution, offering strategic and commercially focused adviceDraft statements and witness evidence, undertake disclosure, and manage interim applicationsInstruct and liaise with experts while managing the day-to-day conduct of casesAdvise on and engage in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes and settlement negotiationsProvide technical expertise in areas such as commercial disputes, contested debt matters, and defendant work, including knowledge of debt recovery procedures, issuing letters before action, Court proceedings, and enforcement of judgmentsExperience in insolvency procedures and related legal work would be desirable!The firm is offering a strong benefits package and salary as well as clear opportunities to develop while working with high end and well recognised international firms.
