Director of Spa Claridges We are seeking an exceptional Director of Spa to join our team here at Claridges.
Set in the heart of Mayfair, Claridges is an art deco icon and a byword for understated elegance.

There are many 5-star hotels in London but nowhere quite like Claridges.
The hotel is a unique combination of splendour and charm with long-standing connections with royalty that have led to it sometimes being referred to as annexe to Buckingham Palace.
AS well as Claridges Food & Beverage outlets and Events spaces, Claridges Spa is an epicentre of wellness, showcasing healing rituals, a knowledge of restorative body work and the latest bio-innovation to amplify emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
Scope and Purpose As Director of Spa at Claridges, you will lead the team and Spa operation at the newly created Claridges Spa designed by Andre Fu, one of Asias leading interior space designers.The 7000 sq.
ft. spa hosts seven luxury treatment rooms, a hair salon, gym and pool with additional planning for further wellness space to come.
You will act as a role model to demonstrate unique standards of guest service and delivery of treatments.
You will demonstrate knowledge of leading a team, experience of promoting spa services and sale of products as well as hands on delivery of treatments.
Additionally, you will work with our external partners on delivering the highest standard and range of services.
Training will be provided in respect of our bespoke and unique spa offering and we will actively support your personal growth and career development.
Requirements You will be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
You will be well presented with excellent attention to detail.
In addition, you will be flexible and well organised.
