As the Director of Product, you will lead our international product strategy with a data-driven and customer-centric approach to product development. Reporting to the CTPO, you will be the driving force behind our product roadmap, collaborating with internal stakeholders and engaging with our customers to create a best-in-class, value-oriented suite of products. Your strategy will focus on delivering a seamless customer experience, leveraging AI technologies to enhance customer value and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Product Capability: Elevate the product capability across B2B2C and B2C products, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals.Strategic Leadership: Shape and deliver the strategy for your product area, contributing to the overall organizational objectives.Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain excellent relationships with service leads to ensure product and content alignment.Requirement Translation: Translate business requirements into cost-effective, functional requirements.Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data, insights, and personal intuition to make informed decisions.Team Oversight: Oversee multiple cross-functional, agile product teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.Product Development: Drive product development across web and mobile platforms, ensuring robust and engaging user experiences.Advanced Technologies: Develop and implement rules-based and AI/ML-enabled recommendation engines to enhance user engagement.Coaching: Coach and develop a diverse team of product managers and leaders, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.Data Utilization: Foster a data-driven culture, establishing frameworks and processes for effective data utilization.Audience Growth: Engage in off-product activities such as SEO and notifications to drive audience growth and retention.Minimum Requirements: Experience: Demonstrable product leadership experience at a similar level.Business and Technology Acumen: Broad understanding of business and technology, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements.Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional, agile product teams.Decision Making: Strong decision-making skills using data, insights, and intuition.Product Development: Experience in web and mobile product development.Coaching: Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with a passion for developing talent.Technical Proficiency: Technically minded with the ability to understand complex systems and communicate technical nuances to stakeholders.Passion: Passionate about delivering a deluxe travel and lifestyle experience and engaging with senior stakeholders.Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office option: Located in the United KingdomPlease note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office, you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement - at least 2x a week in the officeA secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractionsInternet service must meet minimum requirements and minimum speed check must be completedBenefits: A competitive salary depending on experience, including rewarding share options.Access to a world of professional lifestyle and travel networks - tap into a pool of knowledge.Hybrid/Remote working.
