DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic product leadership professional to drive our product vision, strategy, and execution across the entire EMEA region. This pivotal role will be responsible for defining and delivering transformative legal technology solutions that expand our market leadership and drive significant business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy and Vision Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-year product strategy for the EMEA regionTranslate global product vision into regionally-specific strategic roadmapsConduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunitiesDefine product portfolio investment and divestment strategiesEstablish and maintain a robust product innovation frameworkLeadership and Organizational Development Build, mentor, and develop high-performance product management teams across EMEACreate and implement product management best practices and standardized processesFoster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-makingEstablish cross-functional collaboration models between product, engineering, sales, and marketing teamsBusiness and Commercial Leadership Drive product revenue growth and market expansion strategiesDevelop comprehensive business cases for major product investmentsManage complex product portfolios with multi-million pound revenue implicationsEstablish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product linesEngage with executive leadership to align product strategy with overall business objectivesTechnical and Market Innovation Oversee the architectural direction and technological evolution of product linesIdentify and integrate emerging technologies relevant to legal tech ecosystemsManage complex product ecosystems with multiple interdependent platformsDrive standardization and platform consolidation efforts across regional product linesDevelop thought leadership in legal technology innovationStakeholder Management Serve as the primary product executive for EMEA region stakeholdersBuild and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, partners, and internal teamsRepresent the EMEA product organization in global product leadership forumsTeam Collaboration and Leadership Work closely with Product Owners to:Create and prioritize the product roadmapSupport strategic objectivesFacilitate agile deliveryCoordinate with Software Engineering managers to:Establish development capacityAlign technical prioritiesCollaborate with UI/UX team to design exceptional user experiencesAnalytics and Continuous Improvement Collect and analyze product and user analyticsDrive data-informed decision-makingFacilitate continuous learning and product enhancementProvide routine updates to management with updates on tracked goals and initiativesCross-Functional Coordination Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success teamsDevelop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategiesEnsure cross-departmental readiness for customer-facing initiativesProduct Lifecycle Management Manage the entire product lifecycle from inception through retirementReporting Structure This role reports to the Chief Product OfficerManage one or more Product OwnersWork collaboratively with other Product Managers of other products Skills, Knowledge & ExpertiseProfessional Experience 10+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS environmentsProven track record of delivering measurable business resultsDemonstrated ability to effectively align and lead distributed teams across multiple time zonesKey Competencies Technical depth in integrated technology ecosystemsStrong business and commercial orientationExceptional leadership and storytelling skillsAbility to balance user experience with commercial objectives Job BenefitsWhy Join Dye & Durham?
