Leading on all aspects of HR, including recruitment, retention, reward, employee relations and culture and wellbeing, the role holder will be expected to identify opportunities to continuously improve the business partnering service that their team provides.
The role will also work closely with the executive team to shape and devise strategies that create positivity in the workplace, deepen staff engagement, and support creativity, innovation and talent development to enable every employee to thrive.
