Operations & Maintenance Director, Solar PV £80,000-£95,000 Dependent on experience + extensive package MDE are exclusively recruiting on behalf of an international solar O&M organisation for their leading figure in the UK O&M team.
The team oversees a portfolio in excess of 1GW.

Set, execute, and track strategic goals for UK O&M's operational and financial targets.
Head tender submissions and contract discussions with clients.
Act as an escalation contact to manage customer expectations.
Develop processes to improve portfolio availability and on-site O&M efficiency.
Optimise team structure for top customer satisfaction.
Advance IT tools for asset lifecycle management.
Define, implement, and track KPIs for operational and financial goals.
Serve as strategic liaison with Finance.
Collaborate with Central O&M on processes, organisation, IT, and finance.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and safety standards.
Skills required: Degree level or equivalent experience in the solar O&M field.
Skilled in client relations, candidate management, and O&M practices with in-depth knowledge of solar PV technology.
Strong financial, budget management, and contract compliance abilities.
Proficient in communication, problem-solving, and MS Office skills.
