Director, Content, Global Campaigns – Digital (Hybrid/Remote) We are seeking a Director of Demand Generation Content to lead our content strategy, development, and execution for Global Campaigns. This individual will craft compelling content that fuels demand generation efforts across SMB and Enterprise segments, aligning with Quadient's marketing goals and campaign objectives. This strategic leader will work cross-functionally with campaign teams, creative teams, and regional marketers to develop content that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
This position is full time and will be either hybrid (2 days/week in our Stratford, London office) or fully remote for the right candidate.
Your role in our future: Develop and own the content strategy for demand generation campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and audience needs.Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including whitepapers, eBooks, blog posts, case studies, videos, and more, tailored to various stages of the buying journey.Collaborate with campaign managers to align content themes with demand generation initiatives for SMB and Enterprise segments.Partner with Regional Marketing teams to ensure content and messaging resonates across global markets.Leverage SEO, analytics, and buyer persona insights to optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversion.Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of assets for integrated campaigns.Monitor and report on content performance metrics to measure impact and refine strategy.Lead and mentor a team of content creators and strategists.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to inform content development.Your profile: 8+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in SaaS, enterprise, or B2B environments.Proven ability to create and execute successful demand generation content strategies across multiple Regions.Strong understanding of the content's role in the buyer's journey, with experience producing content for various marketing channels.Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.Experience collaborating across marketing, creative, and sales teams.Proficiency in content performance analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).Knowledge of localization practices and tools (e.g., Smartling) is a plus.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.Knowledge gaps can be filled.
