We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead our Maternity Information System Replacement Project.
This is a unique opportunity to drive forward digital transformation initiatives within our maternity service and make a real impact on the delivery of healthcare services for women and families across Dartford and Gravesham.
Main duties of the job Lead the overall planning, direction, coordination, and implementation of the Maternity Information System Replacement.
Responsible for project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Implement effective project management governance and provide leadership in digital project delivery.
Manage and guide the Business Change Analyst team.
Ensure effective implementation of all required system integrations.
Requirements: Proven track record in programme management, preferably within a healthcare setting.
Strong experience in managing complex projects within healthcare or related sectors.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications in project management or related field.

Job description Job responsibilities Specific Responsibilities: - Project Planning and Strategy Clearly define the scope of digital projects, ensuring all stakeholders have a mutual understanding of expected outcomes.
Create detailed design and requirements, process maps, project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resources needed, to achieve project objectives.
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project execution.
Determine and allocate necessary resources, including personnel and budget, effectively across projects.
Execution and Monitoring Oversee the execution of digital projects, ensuring compliance with the project plan and specifications.
Regularly check project progress against goals and timelines, adjusting strategies as needed.
Implement quality control processes to maintain standards in all digital outputs.
Keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle through well-crafted management reports, including detailed RAID log, scope, plans (milestones, communications, test, training, cutover and handover) and benefits baseline.
