The Role: As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll report to the Group Marketing Manager and take ownership of a variety of responsibilities that are crucial to the brand's digital presence.
From crafting engaging social media content to managing influencer partnerships, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing marketing strategies.
Develop creative content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Manage and optimise budgets for boosted posts to achieve engagement and reach targets.
Analyse and report on performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing, negotiation, and performance tracking.
Build strong relationships with influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with UK and international teams to ensure the website remains current and engaging.
Update content regularly, using insights to recommend improvements and align with trends.
Support digital campaigns with impactful assets, working closely with the E-commerce Manager.
Manage promotions such as offer codes and discounts, ensuring flawless execution.
Liaise with external agencies on advertising and influencer initiatives.
You: The ideal candidate will bring experience, creativity, and confidence to the role, with the ability to work collaboratively while taking the lead on key projects.
3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and campaign management.
Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create engaging, platform-appropriate content.
Expertise across digital channels, including influencer marketing and email campaigns.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and drive insights.
A self-starter with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Canva, and Google Analytics.
Experience with project management platforms such as Trello.
