Little Black Book is seeking a creative and ambitious digital marketer with basic graphic design skills to join its growing team.
Day-to-day you will be working alongside the Head of Social and Design and reporting to the LBB senior leadership team.
You will be responsible for: Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns for LBB's events and business units.
This includes the creation and delivery of social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC) Working alongside our head of social to build and maintain our brand's presence across multiple social media channels Designing assets in accordance with our brand guidelines for landing pages, sales decks, printed event materials, digital and social ads Creating, executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgets Collaborating with senior leadership, marketing, sales and LBB's regional teams to improve marketing results Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment Develop and manage blogs and marketing content on our website that educates our customers and supports LBB marketing and campaigns Coordinating with the senior leadership team to identify innovative growth strategies Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.

Essential skills: 1 Year experience in a b2b digital marketing or advertising role Content creation skills Design experience with Canva or Adobe Photoshop Experience with CRM platforms (or Hubspot specifically) Working experience with website analytics, social media platforms and digital advertising best practices Excellent written and oral communication skills Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies Strong analytical thinking skills Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team Desirable skills / experience: Social video editing experience / experience with moving image on social media.
Basic film editing skills A Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism or other relevant fields In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript Location: Hybrid : Minimum 3 days a week in office at LBB's global HQ in Soho, London.
Please note on-site office presence is subject to change based on business need and can be increased up to five days a week if required.
