Key Responsibilities: 1.
CRM & Email Marketing: Develop and execute CRM strategies to engage and retain high-value customers, fostering brand loyalty.
Create, segment, and personalise email marketing campaigns targeting various customer personas, ensuring alignment with the luxury brand voice.
Monitor and optimise email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), applying A/B testing to continuously improve results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative and marketing) to craft compelling email content that aligns with seasonal campaigns and product launches.

Performance Marketing: Work closely with external agency and Head of Ecom to execute the digital marketing strategy.
Optimising campaigns across key platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Ensuring all campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and align with brand standards.
Manage budgets for performance marketing channels, ensuring ROI and target KPIs are achieved.
Lead paid creative collaborate with marketing, creative and social teams to create on brand ads.

Digital Strategy & Optimization: Leverage Google Analytics to analyse customer behaviour, optimise customer journey touchpoints, and increase website conversions.
Identify growth opportunities by analysing the competitive landscape and emerging digital marketing trends.
Report on the performance of all digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on CRM email marketing and performance marketing, preferably in the beauty or luxury sector.
Proven track record of developing successful CRM and email marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
and experience managing performance-based campaigns.
Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making and strong proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, and Klaviyo.
Exceptional communication skills and an eye for detail, ensuring brand voice and image are consistently upheld across all digital channels.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
Salary : £35K
