They have excellent distribution and are listed in multiple major UK Grocers .
With a rapidly growing online presence and a sizeable D2C channel , we are looking for someone to own this area.
Role & Responsibilities: D2C Ownership – Take charge of the brand's D2C website, optimising the customer journey & tracking P&L. Customer Retention & Acquisition – Build out strategies to retain existing customers and attract new ones while managing metrics like Customer Acquisition Cost and Lifetime Value.
Subscribe & Save – Develop subscription offerings and implement email campaigns to keep audiences engaged and drive consistent revenue.
Website Redesign – Oversee website optimisation to ensure an engaging brand presence.
SEO & Paid Media – Manage external SEO efforts, optimise paid advertising channels, and drive traffic and conversions.
What's on Offer?
Base Salary: up to £55,000 Bonus: up to 15% 25 Days Holiday Bank Holiday Remote Working 2 weeks pa.
