Digital Data & Analytics Specialist - Home based (office Birmingham/London/Manchester) - ARD1020141Purpose of the RoleThis exciting remote based Digital Marketing & Analytics Executive opportunity has arisen to join our Digital team to support the delivery of insights and trends in order for the digital team to make the right decisions and meet growth targets.This role will support the Digital Marketing Effectiveness & Analytics Manager build and embed a culture of analytical insight in order to solve business and customer problems.What you will doThis is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
Collaborating with your Line Manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all of the following and more:Provide insight and analytical direction and roadmap to aid the digital team and stakeholders to make decisions and meet group growth targets.Support the development of correct tracking and analytics suite for Marketing & Digital experience.Support the production of palatable MI with actionable insights and ensure exception reporting is in place to manage performance SLAs.Assist the maintenance of multiple Google Analytics accounts and profiles spanning a number of customer-facing websites across the wider Ardonagh Group.
We are currently looking into adopting GA360 so knowledge of premium analytics platforms will be required.Support the maintenance and housekeeping of Google Tag Manager and the tracking tags and pixels within the container which sit across our front end and back-end web properties.Support the provision of Trading Insights to support Head of Trading: Reporting and providing insight into our end-to-end Digital performance.
This will involve working with stakeholders around the business to understand income & sales reporting against digital marketing channels.Working with multiple GA4 accounts and brands.Who we are looking forThis is an opportunity for an individual with web analytics and digital marketing experience, ideally from a financial services environment, who is a creative and strategic thinker.
You will be a subject matter expert with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a team player, and someone who can demonstrate passion for showcasing digital performance.
