Main duties of the job Manage appointment bookings and provide appointment cards when necessary, ensuring patients get timely access to care.
Address patient inquiries, resolve problems, and manage complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Inform patients about our practice procedures and help them navigate our services smoothly Provide excellent phone support, answering calls promptly and directing them as needed.Please see the attached job description for further details.

Person Specification Experience Essential Have a clear, polite telephone manner and be able to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Respect patient privacy and handle sensitive information with care.
Have experience working with the general public and can be empathetic in distressing situations.
Have confidence working as part of a team and can think on your feet to solve problems.
Be proficient with IT and can manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Offer some flexibility is required as you may need to work additional or alternative hours to cover for colleagues.
But with your adaptability and positive attitude, you'll thrive in this dynamic environment.
Desirable Have previous experience as a medical or healthcare receptionist is desirable.
