Role Overview The Digital Optimisation Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing user experiences and driving growth through strategic landing page optimisation and experimentation.
Working closely with teams across UX, marketing, and data, this role is central to improving conversion rates and delivering innovative digital solutions.
With a focus on A/B testing, user behaviour insights, and impactful content, the specialist will contribute significantly to the business's mission of achieving customer excellence.
Essential Skills Proven expertise in experimentation methodologies and AB Testing.
Strong experience or exposure in Performance Marketing (Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, LTV).
Experience with testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, or similar).
Proficiency in user behaviour analytics (Google Analytics, FullStory, or similar).
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
