The role involves frequent travel, stakeholder management, and project delivery to meet expanding demands.
Key Responsibilities - Manage the development of residential care properties, with a focus on modular construction.
- Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle from site identification to design, budget management, and construction delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Property, Finance, Operations, and Maintenance) to ensure projects align with business objectives and budgets.
- Present detailed cost reports and project updates to senior leadership.
- Maintain frequent communication with third-party contractors and consultants to ensure best value for money and quality.
- Lead the expansion of the property portfolio and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
About You We are looking for an experienced Development Project Manager, Construction Cost Manager, or Quantity Surveyor with: - Proven experience managing large-scale property development projects, ideally in modular construction.
- Strong analytical skills to present complex data to executive teams.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the UK.
- Knowledge of the healthcare or mental healthcare sector would be advantageous but not essential.
