We're recruiting for contractors , fixed-term contracts , and permanent positions within the Verification domain across a range of exciting projects.
These roles can be based in the UK , Spain , Hyderabad or Morocco , and we are hiring for positions at mid to senior levels .
About the Role In this role, you will work with a creative and dynamic team to achieve ground-breaking results in semiconductor verification.
From mentoring and developing team members to driving innovation, your leadership will be key to delivering optimised design solutions.
You'll be at the forefront of industry-leading technology, shaping the future of semiconductor development.
Responsibilities : Lead and inspire a talented technical team to meet project goals.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
Stay updated with the latest industry advances and implement state-of-the-art methodologies.
Collaborate with program management teams to identify risks, estimate effort, and track progress.
Develop and maintain verification environments, including testbenches and regression systems.
Triage test cases, ensure coverage, and manage milestones for successful project delivery.
Define verification plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Skills & Experience : Essential : Strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of delivering high-quality verification results.
Extensive experience with SystemVerilog, UVM, ABV, and constrained random verification.
Solid understanding of verification planning, functional coverage, and code coverage.
Knowledge of RISC-V, VHDL, PSL, SVA, and SoC-level verification.
Desirable : Experience with power-aware verification, RTL and gate-level simulation.
Expertise in formal verification techniques Proficiency in verification infrastructure automation using Perl, Python, Java, Tcl, or IP-XACT.
Awareness of HW acceleration and emulation, along with experience in multi-mode simulation.
