Design Director, up to £80k, West Midlands or London, Hybrid working, Permanent About the Company This fantastic branding agency works with clients in the luxury, lifestyle, outdoors and fashion sectors and the work they create for their clients is of a premium nature.
They operate a hybrid working model of 2 days in the office and 3 from home and would consider candidates based in London or the Midlands.
Description As the Design Director, you will be hands-on, leading from the front, experienced in crafting beautiful brand identities and visuals, art directing campaigns and lots of experience in idea generation.
Your core skills will lie firmly in Graphic Design, Art Direction & Concept Generation.
You'll be involved in all stages of a project, from initial ideas and client presentation, through to production and delivery.
Experience This is a branding/strategic role so you'll need to demonstrate your highly strategic, a strong manager of people and have a love for branding and the craft side to design.
They need a Design Director that is comfortable being on the tools, rather than delegating.
It's very much hands on, leading from the front, whilst overseeing a team.
Your portfolio and CV should highlight your experience at creating brand identities for premium outdoors/lifestyle brands and your ability to work closely with a strategy team.
Taking a vision and creating beautifully crafted, well considered branding design work.
Remuneration Salary on offer is up to £80,000 for this Design Director role and you'll either work 2 days a week in their central London office with 1 day a month travel to the Midlands office, or you'll work out of their Midlands office with the rest of the creative team and travel down to London once every other week for a day.
