Deputy Shopping Centre Manager

You could be the new Deputy Centre Manager of this mixed-use Shopping Centre in Slough.
Your responsibilities will be: Manage contractors in hard & soft services to ensure the highest level of customer service onsite.Support & liaise with tenants and external stakeholders, including governing bodies.Ensure Health & Safety compliance onsite.This role offers the opportunity to: Play a key role in the centre's success and productivity.Contribute to community engagement and assist the wider senior management teams.Build on current shopping centre knowledge to move closer to a Centre Manager title.The right candidate will be: Experienced in managing security, cleaning, and maintenance staff.Skilled in budgeting and administrative work.A strong communicator with knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, preferably IOSH qualified.The budget for this role is up to £53,000 with a supporting benefits package.
