Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will: Serve as a core member of the school's senior leadership team, setting a standard of excellence and a clear moral purpose, ensuring an exceptional education for all pupils.
Assist the Headteacher in the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the school, shaping an inclusive, high-quality learning environment.
Take the lead in the Headteacher's absence, stepping into critical decision-making roles as needed.
Play a central role in shaping, implementing, and reviewing the School Development Plan, helping to drive school improvement.
Oversee the curriculum, ensuring academic standards and monitoring pupil progress to foster achievement for all.
Manage staff and resources effectively to meet school objectives and enhance educational outcomes.
Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students and aligning with statutory guidelines.
Our Ideal Candidate Will: Be an experienced Senior Leader ready for a new challenge, with a proven track record in school improvement and leadership.
Have an in-depth understanding of the OFSTED framework and independent school standards, ensuring the school meets or exceeds expectations.
Demonstrate expertise in safeguarding, curriculum planning, and staff management with a proactive and strategic approach.
Be a strong leader in behavior management, setting and maintaining high behavior standards across the school.
Hold an advanced understanding of the SEND code of practice and experience supporting students with SEND effectively.
Exhibit a thorough working knowledge of Keeping Children Safe in Education regulations.
