Job Description Deputy Head of Policy and Public Affairs:

Responsibilities: Provide direction and leadership to the team.Build strong relationships with senior civil servants, regulators, MPs and think tanks.Represent the organisation at external events and forums.Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation.Ensure team's policy positions and influencing strategies are evidence based and impactful.Provide support, guidance and challenge to ensure the team delivers and launches cutting edge policy and research.Deputise the senior colleagues, including the CEO as appropriate.Ensure all policy activities align with the organisation's mission and values.The Successful Applicant Deputy Head of Policy and Public Affairs:

London

Essential: Excellent leadership and team management skills.Proven experience in a leadership position in policy or public affairs.Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.Experience managing priorities and responding to deadlines.Outstanding knowledge of Westminster and Whitehall.What's on Offer Deputy Head of Policy and Public Affairs.

6-9 month Fixed Term contract.

Flexible working. C. 1 day a week in the office.
