Department Manager

A fashion accessories retailer based in Southbourne is looking for a department manager. This company is prominent across highstreets and shopping centres in the UK and has cemented their status within the accessories retail world over recent years, with plans of continuous expansion.

The chosen candidate will be familiar with working to KPI's and be an effective team motivator to drive sales within the store. The business has a strong focus on customer service and therefore is looking for someone who is familiar with building client customer relationships and offering fantastic customer service.

The chosen candidate will ideally come from a fashion retail background and have experience working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining effective management of their team.

The role is paying up to £23,000 accompanied by a range of employee benefits.
