This position would suit an experienced Dental Practice Manager, Treatment Coordinator or Dental Nurse looking to progress into management as full training will be given.
We have an exciting opportunity for a dental laboratory manager within our Queens Drive practice in Glasgow.
DK Dental is a dental laboratory focused in the manufacturing of dental prosthetics with a particular focus on full arch screw retained bridges.
We serve over 200 clients across 20+ countries worldwide.

Oversight of the Laboratory business including financials
Management of laboratory operation and organisation of systems for team to implement on day to day basis
Operate lab management systems with incoming/outgoing cases
Project management for the implementation of new systems, processes and procedures and periodic reviews
Business Management background/experience
Excellent organisation skills and able to hold people to account
Provide clear and appropriate escalation with suggestions to reduce or prevent future risk to the laboratory
People management skills
Experience of using MS Applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience of using Xero for accounts management (preferable)
No qualification requirements but either 5 + years management experience or relevant experience in dentistry is helpful
Salary, extras and bonus package
~£25-30k based on experience and training requirements
~ Up to £5k bonus based on EBITDA (profit) reaching strategic target
~ Private Medical Insurance Coverage
~ Working Hours – 35 hours per week to be delivered within a 5-day week and working day 8.Can be reviewed with flexible working request once all systems in place and team working at maximum efficiency.
