Job Overview: As a Demand Planner, you'll work closely with our Demand Manager, playing a key role in supporting our growth and adapting to the evolving world of online sales.
In this role, you can expect to be at the forefront of forecasting, working closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to drive data-informed decisions.
This role is perfect for someone who brings a wealth of Demand Planning experience, supporting the Demand Manager in optimizing our inventory levels, enabling us to respond swiftly to market shifts and drive continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities as a Demand Planner at Groupe SEB: Develop and approve channel forecast plans, proactively challenging Key Account Managers and Channel Controllers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Measure promotional effectiveness to enhance accuracy in future planning.
Track key metrics and adjust forecasts as needed to prevent stock availability issues.
Manage and monitor your dedicated channel and customer portfolio, promptly communicating any changes that may impact demand or supply.
Oversee inbound supply, collaborating closely with Supply Chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels, and act as the primary contact for both Central Supply Chain and local teams.
Qualifications and Skills required as a Demand Planner at Groupe SEB: Strong experience as a Demand Planner, Merchandiser or a role within a similar capacity.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
You are highly IT literate and able to demonstrate competent use of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
You must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
You must be a strong communicator, able to work with different stakeholders with the ability to influence the decision-making process.
You are analytical and able to draw conclusions from data to take corrective action.
Effective organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and make decisions.
Strong interpersonal skills and possess a collaborative approach to challenges.
Overview on package – Demand Planner – Groupe SEB: Working Monday to Friday.
Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Tuesday and Wednesday are our core days for cross-collaboration.
