Job summary This role is for bank staff with hours on an ad hoc basis.
Vida Healthcare is currently seeking a reliable and hard-working person to join our bank team as a delivery driver to cover adhoc hours and days, initially to cover annual leave and sickness.
Current delivery days include; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday but there is some flexibility.
The role will start from the Carole Brown Health Centre in Dersingham and includes driving around the Kings Lynn area including all of the Vida sites.
The successful applicant must be able to have use of their own vehicle for the role and evidence of business use insurance is a requirement.

Main duties of the job Offer a home delivery service to patients in a timely manner whilst following set criteria and legal requirements set out in the standard operating procedures.
Ensure that patients receiving their medication via a home delivery service scheme receive the best possible pharmaceutical care and customer care.
Ensure that medication is handed over to the patient following strict process following GDPR and confidentiality safety checks.
Understand the care with medicines with special storage requirements fridge & CD items.
Ensure that any advertisements of the service in surgery is aimed at raising awareness of the dispensary service, by way of leaflets/posters.
Ensure all deliverys follow safe documentation and recording processes including returns where necessary.

Person Specification Experience Essential Full driving license with business use insurance.
Ability to multi-task, work efficiently and maintain a high level of attention to detail, when under pressure.
Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, as well as independently.
