Defence PPM CoordinatorDroitwichPermanent, full-time Competitive salary plus benefits The Defence PPM Coordinator is required to undertake all duties associated with the preparatory tasks in relation to project service delivery, chasing and producing program of works, liaising with main and sub contractors, supervision of works teams and other associated tasks.
You will be required to oversee & ensure the delivery of various contracts involving electrical PPM's including compiling RAMs and CDM documentation.More about the role: Ensure all paperwork and documentation is ready for the following working day for all field staff.Collation and preparation of all office, works and job paperwork including accurate electronic and document filing.Answering the telephone in a professional manner and directing incoming telephone calls appropriately.Providing Defence team cover in the event of absence of other team members.Ensure effective communication with all staff.Keep both the client and Line Manager fully informed of any change; the postholder is expected to be able to provide a full brief, written or verbal to any senior member of staff with little or no prior notice.Collate and check all paperwork and pass to the appropriate department for processing.
