Job Details Day Concierge (East Ham) Client: Housing Association Location: East London Duration: 6 month fixed term contract (with potential extension) Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm Salary: £27,000 pro rata Interviews: ASAP Please note an SIA licence is essential for this role.
We are seeking a Day Concierge to join a dynamic Housing Association team in East London.
You will play a key role in ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of residents, while maintaining high service standards in a newly developed site.
Responsibilities include:Supporting the Head Concierge in day-to-day operations.Ensuring the lobby and communal areas are kept clean and presentable.Welcoming residents and visitors; and managing key control procedures.Conducting regular patrols and ensuring any unauthorised individuals are moved off-site.Coordinating weekend property viewings and assisting residents during move-ins.Following Health & Safety protocols and reporting any issues promptly.Requirements:Previous experience in a residential or concierge role, particularly day shifts is essential.Exceptional communication and organisational skills.A professional appearance and commitment to delivering a high level of service.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong attention to detail.Benefits include attractive annual leave entitlement, employee assistance programme, well being initiatives and much more !
