The opportunity To design, develop, and implement data models, dashboards, and reports using various BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Power apps etc). Support the team in conducting data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.
Data and insights (MI) Reporting Governance Supports the design of reporting deliverables for new contracts Delivers on agreed contractual reporting requirements Accountable for the quality and accuracy of client and internal reports Data and Insights (MI) production Analyses data to inform contractual compliance and performance reporting Compiles/collates data included in client and internal reports and/or produces agreed client/internal reports Innovation and automation Works in conjunction with the Data and Insights Manager to prioritise and implement CI initiatives including automation Your key responsibilities In your role as a Senior Consultant, you will have responsibility for:
Working in conjunction with the Data and Insights Manager for the delivery of contractual reporting Responsible for the quality and accuracy of internal and external reporting Responsible for the reporting product which supports managed learning service and coaching service delivery Liaising with CBS teams to ensure access to data and reports as needed Managing the implementation of CI projects Acting as first line reviewer for all external reporting Skills and attributes for success Attention to detail – a strong focus on data accuracy and quality of reports Understanding of how to produce insights required by clients and internal stakeholders Ability to work with the CI team and other technology teams to manage, prioritise and implement a backlog of CI and automation initiatives Analytical thinking Ability to validate and sense check data Organisational skills Commitment to delivering exceptional client service Key relationships Data and Insights Manager and MI consultants Delivery Director, Engagement Partner and wider project team. To qualify for the role, you must have Ability to prioritise, organise and manage team resources to deliver to the reporting calendar Advanced Microsoft PowerBI skills Knowledge of how to apply desktop automation and RPA Ideally, you'll also have Ideally educated to degree level What we look for We're interested in candidates with a genuine creative vision and the confidence to make it happen.
